Return Policy

Tubers are guaranteed to have at least one eye for the following growth season, are true to variety and are free from disease, if given proper care and conditions. We are not responsible for planting too early or starting early watering conditions, pests, weather, or storage. If after 60 days your plant has not sprouted, please dig up the tuber and notify us with photo no later than August 1st. Do not dispose of the tuber until you have contacted us. We will send you a tuber for the following season at no cost. Tubers are not eligible for returns. Detailed planting instructions will be included with each order for best results. We want you to be a successful gardener!

 

For other products, any undamaged products may be returned with any accessories and packaging along with the original receipt (or gift receipt) within 14 days of the date you receive the product, and we will exchange it or offer a refund based upon the original payment method.

 

Re-Stocking Fee:

If an order is shipped to the address provided by the buyer and is returned by the Post office or the order is refused/returned to us for any reason a 25% re-stocking fee will apply prior to a refund being issued – shipping/handling charges are non-refundable. If an order needs to be re-shipped, shipping/handling charges will apply.
